Cloud Cart and Connex have separate account management systems than our online store for security reasons. You may use the user name for either Cloud Cart or Connex, but you can use another user name. If you create an account and it matches an account on Cloud Cart or Connex, our software will automatically apply your license key. Otherwise, you will receive an email with activation instructions.
If you have paid for your Cloud Cart Connector or Connex subscription, you may login to our website to cancel your recurring payment or update your billing information.
